Microsoft Outlook Errors

C020 error - Error occurs on Windows machines that have both GroupWise and Outlook98 installed.

Look for five folders titled "Calendar", "Contacts", "Journal", "Notes", and "Tasks" immediately underneath the users name. These are the Outlook98 folders. The error occurs because the Outlook Calendar and the GroupWise Calendar exist at the same level aand cause a conflict.

  • If client has no need for Outlook98, remove it.
  • If client does not want to delete Outlook98, delete the folders after checking them for messages.
  • You can move appointments from the Outlook Calendar Folder to the GroupWise Calendar by dragging.
