Missing Messages and Appointments
Some users have found all messages and appointments gone upon accessing
GroupWise. This may occur when user opens the Windows calendar by
right clicking on the time display in the system tray and selecting
Adjust Date/Time. If user browses to a date over 30 days in the
future, (even if they do not select APPLY or OK), GroupWise sees
the date change and will archive messages based on administrative
defaults of 30 days for messages and 90 days for appointments.
Select FILE, OPEN ARCHIVE and you should now be able to see all
the "missing" messages and appointments. Simply unarchive
these by highlighting the desired message or appointment and selecting
ACTIONS, ARCHIVE. They will now show up in your GroupWise account
- To select all messages at one time, select EDIT, SELECT ALL.
- To select a range of messages, select the first message, hold
down the SHIFT KEY, and select the last message in the range you
want to select.
- To pick and choose which messages you select, select the first
message, hold down the CTRL KEY and select messages individually.
