Groupwise Restores
There is a $100 fee for restoring a Groupwise accounts email.
If the tape is offsite it will be returned the next day at 11am
at no charge.
If a Hotshot delivery is needed the charges are as follows:
8:30-3:00 - $40 hotshot delivery within one hour.
After 3:00 - $80 hotshot delivery within one and a half hours.
Due to the nature of Groupwise restores, it may take 24-48 hours
to complete the restore once the tape has arrived. In addition,
we will need the Groupwise password of the account being restored.
