GWClean Readme
You should always use the normal GroupWise client uninstall feature
via Windows Control Panel Add/Remove Programs. After running the
client uninstall, you can use the GroupWise Cleaning Agent to cleanup
remaining files and settings.
Installation and General Instructions:
- GW Cleaning Agent will be installed to the local workstation under
C:\Novell\Tools .
- At the end of the install
you will be given the option to launch the program. The program
can also be launched manually from within the GroupWise Folder
(Start | Programs | GroupWise 5 | GW Cleaning Agent).
- Once Cleansing Agent is launched,
select CLEAN to remove both client local files and windows registry
settings.
- It is safe to remove the
GW Cleansing Agent via the Windows Control Panel Add/Remove Programs
feature once you have completed troubleshooting the workstation.
